Personally, I don't really care. Becoming a dividend paying entity was the goal. Securing its supporting shareholders via a Trust entity with BOD officers and a credible accountancy, is the way I would go. 
Shares can be bought and sold as we like via the transfer agent selected, and that trust entity Could become public later too.
But, that's just me.
EYETALK365 is doing great in the courtroom, and soon we may even see EYETALK branded products too.
Can't be doing all that just to spread goodwill to all men and women.
Wondering, just how many sublicense agreements have been signed, avoiding the courts?
