My broker told me that other market makers are allowed to trade shares between each other but until the DTCC clears SGCP it is restricted for retail investors. Sounds like a rigged game to me but I can understand why they wouldn't want us to load shares at the absolute lowest price of .0001 if they know SGCP will eventually trade again, even if it's as a shell.
