Bryce, I'll give you that the scenario Vanis described could be possible, but the lack of funds available shown on the financials could also be an explanation for why the product wasn't being seen as much in stores. The game changer itself and that it is still valid, unless I'm missing something, is entirely based on what Vanis said. I'm not willing to rely on his statements alone for proof of anything, because a lot of things disappear and never come through (i.e. Coffee Boost accounts, large advertising campaign with Clear Channel, Spring Break follow-up in Florida & Texas, the share structure is definitively believed to be sufficient). Even if they intentionally "sabotaged" the brand as part of negotiations, they got what they wanted and then what have they really done since to now push the brand?
