Ron, read Paims prior PR's. The Philippines has one of the richest mineral deposits on the planet. The company has done everything in its power to mold this company so it will be profitable and reward its loyal shareholders.

The buyback was done with debentures as a show of good will and lessens the o/s by 90%. The shareholders will do good who stay with it and when production numbers come out it will rock. This company listens to the shareholders and responds or reacts if its in the companies and shareholders best interest. Like every board there is always the bashers who have nothing to back up their slanderous accusations.

I believe in this company and its Ceo and the staff. I wish I owned a few more like this one. This is a rarity. Its like a family thing. Everyone has been invited to a bash of sorts in the Philippines and the company is arranging for it this Christmas I think it is. I just like this company.
They are good people and wholeheartly care about the company and its shareholders and they are not in it just for themselves. They want everyone to prosper from this venture.
