There indeed are many here on the VHC board (and on other boards) who understand the patent process, many who don't.

But there are also many who haven't followed VHC / this story and are not up to speed on all the nuances/stages of the trial etc.

I am quite certain these boards are for sharing information, which would include both VHC's step by step litigation process (for those who don't understand it or followed it and are trying to get up to speed), any appeals left in the litigation etc.

Good Luck and please do continue with your dilegence and sharing diligence to assist others with theirs, that's what these boards are about!

Asking questions is a good thing, as I am sure from your comments you too have many questions left about VHC and potential outcomes, as I see there were certain 'implicit' assumptions in your post that were indeed incorrect!
