Novel and highly impractical for many reasons. No one has time to play swapsies with a TA.

No one knows what is happening behind the scenes, whether a settlement is underway, how much revenue the company will receive from many sources and the plans for such revenue.

Four weeks to the Court hearing, seven weeks to the Q4 and 10K.

One day to the Zipmark filings.
