When you watch videos like this, you see just how effective training can be on the combohitter because they can be hit from all directions. I was watching a weekly MMA show and they were showing some video of a fighter training on a heavy bag. Every time he did an uppercut punch, he just threw it in the air not hitter anything. Why, because you can't do those punches on a heavy bag. Every gym needs a bunch of these for there athletes.
