Duncan-Jeffy helped sponsor the tweet campaign of 2014. It was in his interest to pump KMAG so as to help generate interest in TRII. He had the help of a group of SHs who would send him pre-written tweet requests for him to review, and post on his tweet site. They could then trade off the tweets. Surprise another PPS run from 005 <---> 01.

I'm actually surprised the 2014 KMAG tweet campaign went past Aug 2014. That was the last PR issued for TRII. Aug was the time frame for the ill fated never to appear KMAGinary Form 10. For whatever reason Jeffy decided to keep up appearances, with the boondoggle AGM charade. Ego? Still hoping to get TRII interest going in the future? Who knows...only the Jeffy does.

We do know in Jan 2015 he told the gang the days of tweeting tweet requests were over. Muzzled by his lawyers? No way for this stock ever to undergo another 005 <--> 01 run. All the fun games end. The tweet composers float off. Concurrently a few website musings for TRII from Duncan-Jeffy mid-2015, and then no more utterances. Delinquent in his filings for over a month. No business license for either of his scams. Muzzled!

No SH lawsuits withheld required to explain what happened. Nothing complicated. Just a cult stock being played post suspension in an unusual manner. Most scam CEOs gag themselves, or get gagged quickly, after a suspension. ;)
