I disagree for the most part. Although we have not heard anything from management yet this year, there was considerable communication last year, including the lengthy conference call last summer which involved discussion on approximately 20 ongoing projects and contracts, primarily water. And, there have been additional communications and PR's including the mentioning of the 9 ongoing water projects in California.
Have you registered with the company to receive the e-mail and other updates for shareholders and interested parties? If not, I would encourage you to do so, as the updates and communications come out from time to time and contain excellent information, much of which has been posted here on the board over the past 6-8 months.
IMO, there is very serious and real investment opportunity here, in particular at these depressed and undervalued levels, and the risk/reward ratio is very favorable here right now.
I could be wrong, but am confident that I know what I own here. And, that is investing.
