Why did Tom and Jerry file this falsified resume with OTC Markets, and issue it in a PR?

http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=THCZ&id=124512

If you look at his resume in the filing, where does it say "Sweet Success?"

Which of Jerry's PRs mention Tom's time at "Sweet Success?"

The article I provided says he started at Sweet Success in 2007, and he joined Jerry in 2014. The resume posted on OTC Markets says he was at "SG Beverage Solutions" in Dallas for that time period.

How can anyone even TRY to deny he falsified his resume?

Why would he do that? If he was un-involved and unaware, as you claim.. why issue a fraudulent resume?

This statement is simply wrong: "the owners were not current in their filings before he came on board." He started with Sweet Success in April '07. The SEC complaint clearly says they last filed in September '07, when they showed a 4 million dollar LOSS. They were current when Tom joined, but stopped filing almost immediately thereafter. And yet.. he stayed. For years. You really think he was innocent and unaware?

How can anyone POSSIBLY think he was uninvolved? He was there for YEARS. He was an EXECUTIVE VP, responsible for "Sales and Marketing" at a penny stock scam that had no sales and marketed only shares!

The only thing they sold and marketed as a share selling fraud, and you want to claim he was UNAWARE of it, as EVP of sales and marketing, for ALL those years?

Please.
