The series B shares can't be converted to common shares UNLESS the common shares are already trading at one of the 3 exchanges of NASDAQ, AMEX, or NYSE.

Now it makes no sense for Vixio to agree to this unless there is every intention of an Uplisting happening. This is exactly why I think this is going way way higher than .30
