Interesting information on the SEC. It appears that the type of thing had been occurring in other life science issues as well where the stock is pumped via whatever method and insiders sell. Life science issues are either feast or famine. You either make a lot or lose a lot so the stocks are quick to move on news. I don't think Moro should ever be communicating with investors via email. That opened a whole new area where fake informaiton could be distributed.

SEC punishment against VASO and BOCX sets an example to others to be more careful.
