Ts and the Nersh great points made tonight thank you for your thoughts I agree a lot of what you have wrote and think the situation will work out if they can get this ball rolling by the 15th we will have the electrify africa act either passed or vetoed (which I doubt will happen due to this is Obama big project of his terms)
From there I could see a big pr by the end of the month I think their paperwork is sitting on the sidelines right now while they wait for that to pass and funds to unlock for them I could see us at $1.00+ by 3rd quarter
