Good summary post of some of the more disgusting aspects of this 10 plus year odyssey and certainly a vivid and disturbing example of the stupid and seedy side of the human condition.

Investing in pennys is always a cruddy experience, especially in the world of emerging biotechs, and unfortunately far, far too many investors don't begin to understand dynamic one of penny investing.
Couple that dynamic, among so many others, only eclipsed by the absolute management crud whom we wined and dined while getting rich.
Dante must have a special circle for that crud. I hope so and all the others in their old boys network.

For those not tuning in, this ACT/OCATA saga is just another example of how rigged and corrupt our financial world of investing and democracy has become.

The irony of it all, as I've suggested a few times in the past, the share tender price imo is an total absolute gift for the retail shareholder and only exists because of the crud that will get richer because of us all these past years.
