Looks like ANI's Lawyers submitted Requests for Continued Examination (RCE) to further examine the patent application claims.

The one for "Methods for decreasing cardiovascular risk in postmenopausal women" appears to be distinguish itself from other previous claims by adding the inclusion criteria as a differentiating factor not obvious to one skilled in the art. An interesting argument, we will have to see how it plays out.

They also submitted an RCE for "COMMERCIAL SCALE PRODUCTION METHODS FOR TRANSDERMAL HORMONE FORMULATIONS|

Therefore all three patent applications are in play again.
