Who do we place though?

We need to have a board to run the company - We can not eliminate without a successor. I vote we give it to Dan for the interim - Allow him to hold down the fort until we can figure out what to do. hell I'll do it as well, but I won't do it for free! - 30 Million shares and I'm in. I also have no mining experience. Just executive management experience for a publicly traded company so..... I guess that is something?!?!?
