Richard Mangiarelli and all the old management are out of GRSU. New management appears to be in talks with Carbon Recovery Corp (an oil recycling co.)

This could be a huge play with 7.2 million shares at .02 cents and seems to have gotten noticed with today's filing. Maybe 30+ cents with the right news?

The debentures state the holders can't convert more than 5.99% of the outstanding shares? over each 60 days?

IMHO the debenture doesn't seem to be much of a problem at this price. I see a huge run up with a low float of maybe 3 million?
