It appears neither of us see "clinical trial status specifically mentioned"
but it could be included in Section 8 "at the registrants option".

We may have earlier established the clinical trial status of Sunrise trial has been publicly disclosed as "no longer recruiting" or "closed", correct me if I am wrong. If that premise 1) is correct, and 2) is material information, that information has been publicly disclosed. Q.E.D.
