I've called these guys in Tustin the gang who couldn't shoot straight and they are living up to that moniker. Every long is frustrated. I will say this...the price action is sending weak hands to the exit when it probably would be a time to nibble long, not commit a huge amount but accumulating.

Everything I've seen on SEC website regarding filing an 8k goes to is completion of enrollment a material event requiring notification. Since you can find dozens of biotech/drug companies filing 8k's for this exact event it begs the question why isn't Tustin doing it?

My take 1) they're idiots..probably the correct one
2) They want to do joint 8k and PR covering the Durvalumab trial
3) Something going on behind the scene...black swan event?

Ok what did I miss?
