Only registered stocks can be delisted by the SEC. KMAG is not a registered stock.
Doesn't matter if Duncan-Jeffy is dragged off to jail for some crime, or retires to a log cabin in the Canadian wilderness, never to be heard from again. FINRA will only clear out the ticker if the trading in a stock is "inactive". And it takes N years of inactivity for FINRA to perform such house cleaning.
KMAG currently has 7 sessions this year when trading activity has occurred. Doesn't matter who is buying/selling or the number of shares involved. By definition KMAG is not "inactive". Doesn't matter if this Zombie stock is "inactive" with no trades for the rest of the year. It has met the criteria for being "active" in 2016. FINRA won't touch it.
Pointing out the ticker to this microcrap scam is still out there to trade is meaningless. It's still a microcrap scam. Trading with other grey Zombie microcrap scam stocks. Where a couple of trades per year keeps it "active" in Grey Zombie land.
