As far as I know
the only reason STWS saw a big increase in water revenue last quarter
was because they recognized the revenue upon the "completion" of the Horizon City contract. This happen to be last quarter.

Are they getting a continuous revenue afterward??

There has been no new water revenue source since this Horizon City completion, that I am aware of, that has been adding any new water revenue this quarter. So, I expect we will see a significance reduction on next 10Q.

BWTFDIK as I watch the pps go into the 3's....
