I would have a hard time looking at myself in the mirror in the morning and feeling good about myself if I took part in something so immoral as what I have witnessed here with this company (ACTL) and this particular stock board.

This may have been a sweet acquisition target once upon a time. But sadly it's day is done.

RUN don't walk to the exits newcomers

At least I can sleep good tonight knowing I have warned some future sheep away from the slaughter
