I made some mistakes yesterday. The explanation for them would sound even dumber and a bit sadder than the mistakes themselves so I won't be offering it. I apologize to all who read them and need to clear them up.

This was 100% wrong:
"I'm sure you would agree that the License Agreement with TheraCour is one of the critical foundational agreements of the Corporation. And not only does the Exhibit List in the 10-K filed in September of 2015 reflect the above but ALL EIGHT of the previous 10-K filings included those same statements.
Unfortunately an investor interested in reviewing those basic agreements....agreements that are important enough for us to continue to dissect their meaning for years....won't find them on "Form 10-SB, filed with the Securities Commission on November 14, 2006" or appended to any of its 3 amendments."

The original Amended License Agreement and the one amendment to it are right where the company says they are:
"Incorporated by reference to the Company’s registration statement on Form 10-SB, filed with the Securities Commission on November 14, 2006, as amended."

The THERACOUR-NANOVIRICIDES ADDITIONAL LICENSE AGREEMENT is referenced in the 10-K as having been executed on 2/25/10 and shouldn't have been hard for me to find....it was added in an Exhibit to the 10-Q filed on 3/18/10.

As noted, I had been able to find all three documents previously.
Again, no excuses. I am sorry.

To my knowledge the original License Agreement ("On May 12, 2005, the Company entered into a Material License Agreement") was never filed.
