The reason I ask is because of CEN owns it, it's a significant asset. Does CEN own any of the Lakeshore's property's improvements? Are there any assets there?
Your post suggests that this is a company made of paper. I think it is physically much more than that. This is a company that took a plan an executed it as far as it could go. There are obstacles now, legal matters to deal with. If Lakeshore played fair and supported the company they public ally welcomed and the organized campaign wasn't successful at hindering the licensing, where would this company be today?
I'm patient. Legal matters take time.
