They already had the 'loaded' shop. The $300,000 was spent for the other acre to store trailers, etc...Expensive dirt!! I could have gotten them 5 times that here in Russellville. I'm going to scout the local area for good spots for trailer exchange/workshop and send them the specifics. We are smack dab in I-40 in the middle of the country. Russellville, Arkansas. If you find large enough areas in your neck of the woods you may send them info about size, location, etc. We can do some of the 'leg work' for growth and expansion. I'm serious..they could have gotten a lot more bang for their buck, here and with Interstate convenience.
