I have an idea what's going on here. Its my opinion and please don't take it as an investment advise.
Company is selling Diagnostic devises and these are selling like crazy. More FDA approvals for enhanced diagnostic equipment imminent.
Company needed more money to get this all out and rolling. Dilution!!!!
Its rolling out now and dilution will stop.
