Totally out of my league but would it be correct to say that the process could work like this. A new part is designed in a cad program. Using a 3dsim file, would tell the machine how to try to process the job using its simulations. Then, using materialize to interface….? Then using PR3D verify what a good build looks like. Then they take that PR3D file to every machine, hook up PR3D and sensors, and dial in and monitor that machine to build within that first PR3D files parameters? Verifying each part. And if the build wanders the software can alert an engineer so as to limit loss of time, material, labor costs etc? If no one corrects me this is what I’m going with. All the best of fortunes
