Sadly no company wants dilution of their shares part of the game we know that we always see the share price to go up unless the compsny has a different agenda. It would not make sense for them to put out an 8k and not want the share price to go up and dilute some shares that I don't believe this company and would why keep the name it's like Smith Brothers cough drops. I believe they went to make this the real company regardless of some of the agendas of others
