hello george...did you see the naked short sellers of VPCO stop their evil doing ways when VPCO put out the 8-k stateing the reverse split wont happen tillmarch 1st at the earliet....the naked short sellers of VPCO because they are not owners or beneficial owners of VPCO because the naked short sellers borrowed the shares of VPCO from brokerage houses and market makers....the naked short sellers were counting on this 1 for 70 reverse split very very much so....at the VPCO shareholder meeting march 1st, the reverse split will get VOTED NO!!!!! there are 158 million shares of VPCO outstanding on Feb 2nd 2016...127 million are shortd or naked shorted...that means if the brokerage houses who technically own the shares of VPCO who the brokerage houses "LENT" to the eveil doers naked short sellers, then the brokerage houses will vote "NOOO!!!!!" to the reverse split on March 1st and the brokerage houses will make a killing from this deal when the naked short sellers are forced to buy the shares they shorted...do your due dilligence before you invest in VPCO...your investment in VPCO could loose value...or...your investemnt in VPCO could turn into a 10 or 20 bagger gain.
