They haven't stepped up because they know the dilution and selling of shares to keep the company afloat is going to continue for a long while.

So, I would rather see them all take a pay cut and use that money to pay STWS bills and not dilute the shareholders. But we know that will never happen.

Beginning to look like a Real penny stock. My original investment is only worth .0072 per share.
