Could it be that the statement in the final offer that was $15 and .2986 shares WNR, is actually what they based their loan and share increase on? Reading the S-4 which clarifies the pro rate statement ...meaning that whatever the amount of cash or shares the unit holders want in total will be pro rated to be covered by that loan and 17+ million share increase they documented with the SEC in the S-4. That is how I understand the real deal here, which means it is likely their will be more cash requested than available and they will get to buy those units for a fixed amount of worth in WNR and a portion of cash we unit holders request that could be no lower than $15. The all share deal at .7036 WNR shares could attract a few, (unlikely at current value) while some think WNR will appreciate, and should... but when is the question. if it rises to $50 like some pumpers on blogs tout you will get over $35 for the unit value. I don't think I will bet on living long enough for that or be that big of a bag holder but who knows.
