Form 10-Q for MONSTER ARTS INC.: Our cost of revenues include TAVG direct mailing costs such as printing, postage, graphic design, programming costs, app development costs, and administrative labor to; print, fold, stuff, deliver, pickup, process, input the data in the TAVG network.

So Wayne, being the only employee, is print, fold, stuff, deliver, pickup, process, input the data in the TAVG network. ALSO, inputing data in the TAVG network? Has anyone checked that? NO BUSINESS IN THE LAST 6 Months, also, it is no longer a website, it redirects to Facebook. I wonder how many of the businesses understand they are not getting the services they paid for...

"The company is also involved in the travel industry through its online and mobile platform for consumers and paying members of Travel America Visitor Guide (TAVG)"

"As of September 30, 2015, we have one full-time employee which is Wayne Irving, our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. We are dependent upon our officer for our future business development. As our operations expand we anticipate the need to hire additional employees, consultants and professionals; however, the exact number is not quantifiable at this time."

"We anticipate incurring losses in the foreseeable future. We do not have an established source of revenue sufficient to cover our operating costs. Our ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon our ability to successfully compete, operate profitably and/or raise additional capital through other means. If we are unable to reverse our losses, we will have to discontinue operations."

It is all laid out right there... they are scamming small business owners and potential owners of the stock... TAVG is no longer a website, and Wayne spends all day licking postage stamps and billing business owners for listings they never asked for. Recurring revenue, get 1 or 2 $112 invoices a week, all the sudden Wayne finds a way to pay for his dealings...

I would stay as far away from this man, and being close to him, I am glad I did not get scarred or caught up in this appz business
