We can certainly surmise anything about ERHC's lack of disclosre on anything we chose with no proof that there are any limitations on disclosure whatsoever. I see an ongoing pattern of always blaming everything ERHC fails to tell us on anything and everything, other than ERHC management, when they are clearly to blame for the lack of disclosure. I have been invested in and worked for numerous oil and gas companies and have seen and worked on numerous JOAs and PSCs and NONE of them limit the disclosures about the issues I am discussing. And neither does ERHC's. Many disclosures should have been made and have not been made and I think everyone looking at this logically knows it.

Sorry, I am not buying the story that PSCs abd JOAs are limiting what ERHC tells us even where other companies or countries aren't even involved. They don't tell us because they simply don't want us to know. The only question for me is, why don't they want us to know?
