As far as I know the current ankle bracelet is working just fine.I understand that people on this board enjoy throwing around ideas but I dont see how the CT could make much money in that market.I think that most of us bought HISC for port security and I hope that they can get their sh*t together and find ways to get some govt contracts.It is good that the CT has been able to branch out into various sectors,but without port security contracts,I think we are screwed.
