Here's Something Strange That Appeared On Level3 Tonite...

For months, after 4pm closing, when AfterHours starts, there typically is only a couple entries for BID's and ASK's.
Take tonite for instance, all BID's/ASK's disappeared except :

0.95 60 NSDQ
0.94 200 EDGX
0.88 100 NSDQ
ASK Size MMID
0.98 100 EDGX
1.25 500 NSDQ
1.33 100 ARCX

Ya, I know most will say those sizes are insignificant, but I would counter based on experience there is unknown hidden volume because when AfterHours trades occur, you can watch the trade be entered and time stamped, but the volume on the BID's/ASK's never rarely change and the PPS usually stays the same...

Anyways, the strange thing that happened tonite about 30 to 60 mins before AfterHours Closed was a Large Line of ASK orders appeared. Yes, they have low, insignificant sizes, but I believe there is hidden volume like the other typical after hour entries normally have.
Yet, I don't understand why tonite should be any different then any other nite. Why these new orders? (See Bottom of this post). Is somebody expecting a potential PPHM RUN/BreakOut?
These orders could have been placed as GoodTilCancelled?

Well, all I am trying to say is, I noticed something peculiar and out of the ordinary tonite, and I wanted to post it to the board before it disappeared, for any that might be interested, for what it is worth.
