TITXF jumped as a sympathy play to the TRXC run on jnj takeover rumor. Since Titxf jumped 30% for no fundamental reason (read yesterday's PR), management decided to take advantage of the big share price pop and raise $ because they are running low and need more to fund the development of the SPORT. Two weeks ago, management was probably fretting over the fact that they would have to eventually raise more money at $0.70 or lower, but now after the 30% bs jump, they get to raise at near $1.00 or below (we'll see the pricing details tomorrow or the next day) limiting the dilution for current investors.
