How about not disclosing that a $2 million tax receivable that turned into a $1.5 million IRS deficiency back in February and it wasn't disclosed until December. I'm not sure if it would have been disclosed at all if I hadn't been pointing it out all along. We still don't know the implications of that or how much of ERHC's cash will be consumed by that deficiency.

I don't see how anyone can argue that the disclosure done by this company is adequate.
