MTO,

To answer your question

Is SNP in or out of the JDZ. Do you think shareholders have a right to know that?

If SNP had struck any amount of oil in any of the blocks they were in with ERHE, then YES, we shareholders would have a right to know if they were in or out. At this point, the question is mostly irrelevant is it not? NO OIL WAS FOUND. ERHE retained their rights to the blocks. SNP will either hang around if they want to drill more or walk away if they don't want to invest any more money. I am not loosing any sleep over whether or not SNP has completely backed out or not. The jdz is valued at ZERO right now whether SNP is in or out.

The ironic twist to your question is that I don't think the answer is as simple as you think it is. I, personally, think SNP is not being forced out of their potential future involvement as long as there is no other interest in these blocks of the JDZ. SNP has invested hundreds of millions of dollars drilling in three blocks. They have very valuable information on what they did (gas) and didn't (oil) find based on the structures/depth they targeted. This may have good value to any company in the future that decides to try and drill again. It is NOT in the best interest in either the JDZ or ERHE to hold SNP's hand to the fire and say GET OUT. 5 years down the road, SNP may actually want to do more studies or drill again if the price of oil goes back to 100+ or if some other company has some success near by.

Do you not understand this line of thinking?
