Hey Richie could you do me a big favor and please delete my last message (message #25671). I say this out of respect to those who still have nothing but a small ray of hope left. I am out more than I care to admit and much more than anyone here and I can only hope Michael James has an ounce of integrity to do what is right to correct what he did wrong here.

I realize the FDA coming out to stop CBD from being marketed as dietary supplement played a big role in what happened, but the company should have been straight up with us and explain the situation, instead of trying to fool us with the fake Nulief launch. I don't think the share price would have tanked this bad if they were honest about the whole situation, but James was only interested in getting his money back out of the company that he recently loaned them, instead of being forthcoming about the situation.

Fact is they could have taken Nulief overseas and/or found other alternative actions than just dumping the entire CBD Initiative, but again James was more interested in moving on to work with TRTC than looking for alternatives. He just threw in the towel & walked away after getting his personal funds back from the company. The whole fake Nulief launch was designed to give him more time to get this done. He didn't care about all the shareholders who were going to lose everything. All he cared about was himself. I'm not sure how any human being could ever live with themselves after doing this. I sure couldn't.

Maybe, just maybe, Mr. James could look for alternatives to revive their CBD Initiative. To just quit and walk away after spending so much time, energy, & money, is the most cowardly thing anyone can do. Shareholders don't deserve to be treated like this. A real man admits his mistakes and is forthcoming about what happened. He doesn't run away and go into hiding. He looks for other solutions and keeps trying, if he is any kind of a responsible CEO.

This will haunt me for the rest of my life and I regret the day I came to know Michael James and bought into what he was telling me. I too feel horrible for all the other shareholders who got burned bad because of what happened here, especially Sekerie. It is just disgraceful what management did here by trying to fool us with a fake Nulief launch and at the very least, the damn SEC should have nailed them to the cross for their Nulief fraud. I provided more than enough to nail James & Kras.

How do you sleep at night Michael James? You do realize you will eventually have to answer for what you did here and then your punishment will be for eternity! Amen!

PS: Feel free to delete this message also at the end of the week, after James has had the chance to hopefully read it.
