Yeah, A/S is there as an acquisition treasury. Jeff said he would only do an acquisition/merger if it was in our best interest (add the proper value compared to how many shares it takes to acquire it, or get it done) The OS we have now is the true measure of our value, and the treasury is a huge factor in the overall value IMO, when you look at opportunity to acquire similar businesses.

Simple to look at this from a business standpoint. On target to make $100k net profit this year, value of whole company is roughly $450,000 - $550,000 based on .0006 x .0007 Do the math.
