Yes, it is called market manipulation. It is the reason we are not trading at $1.00+ as we should be by any conservative valuation metric. But that will soon be addressed. Management is lining up their ducks to turn this around. Once it is trading normally it will behave exactly opposite as the market makers will be afraid of shorting it and a small amount of buying will drive it up.
