Yep, distinguished Governor of California, Gray Davis did business with Kenneth Lay, CEO of the big "E"nergy company from Texas. They did not want to play games either, but they did, and look what got both of them.

Releasing selective information and omitting others, such as only $16 million in revenue, tsk, tsk.

Misleading, misstating, and omitting information to investors, yikes. How long has this been going on at iTalk?
