Yes and extended so it did not have to be included in the yearly. So a $7500 fee to hide the details until later.

Yes, more smoke and mirrors IMO.

Is the dealer license for foreign buyer going to change these transactions into profitable just looking at the parcel transaction itself now going forward? Doubt it but it will take financials for the period in question to be certain. They certainly won't put the true math in their PR, that is for sure.
