Now we know why Epic applied for an Oxy NDA. Now it is up to the
Federal Circuit court to uphold the ruling or over turn it.

I still do not think a buyout comes until much later when Elite has opioids already on the market.
The one thing Elite still needs and will get is market approval of their product when they launch.

When that starts to happen then all bets are off.

Elite did not buy that 1000 kilo fluid bed dryer for just one opioid. They plan on several in the not too distant future.
All in my opinion of course.
