Replaced convertibles with standard note

This note payoff announced today sounds like reasonably good news for CANV. The next note becomes convertible in March, but it appears they think that they can negotiate on that one as well.

I was looking over CANV's filings, and the remaining $4M that CANV was going to take as the fifth and sixth tranches may not have been issued, because the S-1 filing under which it would be issued was never made effective.

Still, I have problems with their revenue growth.
