I would not get spooked over BAC expose to energy loans. You really think that if there is a collapse that the near 3 billion dollars would completely default? Maybe a portion at worse. I would assume there is collateral back up also.

BAC share price is under valued especially in comparison to most of it's peers. A dividend increase is also over due, which whenever BAC is allowed to increase their dividend should have a major impact on the share price. Financials were excellent.
