Looks like dilution is happening, but they are selling shares at 2, but the thing is no retails are buying that many shares, may be few million here and there. After seeing the history of this company and how evil Dr is treating the shareholders no sane person will touch this company not after seeing that 250B AS and 10B OS that too when they used to file and no way of knowing how many now since they decided not to file.
I don't think some groups are front loading knowing good news is in the pipeline because that would fall under insider trading, so question is who bought around 2-300 million shares at 2.?
