The shell that is SLRW has a NEGATIVE book value. No CEO. No personnel. No office. No physical presence anywhere. No phone. No email. No website. No assets (including NO patents). No reporting to the SEC since 2007. Dissolved by the Secretary of State of North Carolina in 2012. Charged with 14 counts of fraud. Multiple lawsuits. Hmmm, could this be why there is NO BID and the ask is 0.0001?
