It is my experience that RS's do not benefit the long term investor of a penny stock. I believe a RS is instituted because a company is trying accomplish through stock manipulation what it cannot accomplish through real value. If we move to the NASDAQ or NYSE using this method of what I believe to be fake value... call it what you will... the share price will be subject to manipulation by the big boys who pilfer and plunder. As an example, look at what happened today in the market. Does anyone believe we would not be subject to what is happening in this environment? Presently we are shielded from this chaos by our status. If and when we move to another exchange, we need to do it from a position of strength or we will be taught a very costly lesson that has already been learned by investors of so many other penny stocks. There is also no hard and fast RULE as to when or if institutional investors should or would or could invest in any stock. If this company has real value, the investors will come. Money goes to where money is...I can add so much more, but I will stop here. I can hear the yawns!
