OK, thanks for clarifying your 5000 point. yes, I agree....IF a material event takes place (positively) and there is demand, a 5000 ask would move things sharply. I thought you were talking about current in time demand, which is what I addressed rather than a hypothetical, which we both hope takes place.

Regarding "monetization being priced in". Agree, right now there is NO confidence in monetization, thus the share price languishing at a fraction of book value. The fear that IS (mostly) priced in is that company will not be able to execute its plan and will continue to draw salaries for another 4 years without being able to do anything in this sphere. Like you, I think this expectation is incorrect, thus my core position. But neither you nor I yet know whether WE are correct or whether the current view is correct. We are going on our interpretation of data and thinking the the current NON-expectation is an error based on past experience as opposed to future execution. Hopefully, we'll get a clue soon as to whether the market is mispricing this stock on the downside.
